中国种子市场的政策制度及市场营销风险的研究

中国作为一个农业大国,在2004年前,中国的农业政策粮食价格较低,农民的负担较重,并且科技水平发展相对缓慢,导致农业发展缓慢,种子价格便宜,种子市场风险增大。2004年后,中国农业政策变更,农业税大大减小,在粮食补贴和一系列保护制度下,中国农业快速发展,农民的积极性大大提高,种子的价格上升,种子市场也在不断扩大,种子营销风险也逐步降低。在当前经济全球化的趋势下,中国种子市场的不断扩大和外资的进入,导致中国种子市场面临的机遇增加的同时也面临着巨大的挑战。如何提高中国种子市场的竞争力,对当下市场的营销风险作出应对措施就显得尤为重要。本研究对中国种子市场当前的政策制度和法律法规情况进行了研究,并分析了市场营销的风险,对中国种子市场发展给出了建议和措施。

As a large agricultural country,China’s agricultural policy before 2004 had low food prices,a heavier burden on farmers,and relatively slow development of science and technology.This led to slow agricultural development,cheap seed prices,and greater risks in the seed market.After 2004,China’s agricultural policy was changed and agricultural taxes were greatly reduced.With grain subsidies and a series of protection systems,China’s agriculture has developed rapidly,farmers’ enthusiasm has greatly increased,the price of seeds has risen,and the seed market has continued to expand.Seed marketing risks also gradually reduced.Under the current trend of economic globalization,the continuous expansion of China’s seed market and the entry of foreign capital have led to an increase in opportunities for China’s seed market,but it also faces huge challenges.How to improve the competitiveness of China’s seed market is important to the current market.It is particularly important to respond to marketing risks.This paper studies the current policy system and laws and regulations of China’s seed market,analyzes the risks of marketing,and gives suggestions and measures for the development of China’s seed market.
