摘要
文章以玉米芯为原料,分别采用复合酶法、超声波辅助复合酶法、碱-酶法、高温蒸煮-酸法、碱-超声波辅助酶法和酸-复合酶法制备低聚木糖,并对玉米芯组织结构变化和低聚木糖组分进行分析。结果表明,玉米芯处理后结构呈碎片状且疏松,表面出现微孔结构。复合酶法制备低聚木糖的得率为4.71%,其中木二糖含量为30.45 mg/g;超声波辅助复合酶法制备低聚木糖得率为1.88%,其中木二糖含量为17.81 mg/g;碱-酶法制备低聚木糖得率为10.07%,其中木二糖含量为57.89 mg/g;玉米芯高温蒸煮-酸法的水解产物以木糖为主;碱-超声波辅助酶法制备低聚木糖得率为12.43%,其中木二糖含量为73.28 mg/g;酸-复合酶法制备低聚木糖得率为7.32%,其中木二糖含量为71.24 mg/g。
In this paper,corncob is used as the raw material to prepare xylooligosaccharides by complex enzyme method,ultrasonic-assisted complex enzyme meth od,alkali-enzyme method,high-temperature cooking-acid method,alkali-ultrasonic-assisted enzyme method and acid-complex enzyme method respectively.The changes of corncob tissue structure and components of xylooligosaccharides are analyzed.The results show that the structure of corncob after treatment is fragmentary and loose,and the surface of corncob is microporous.The yield of xylooligosaccharides prepared by complex enzyme method is 4.71%,and the content of xylobiose is 30.45 mg/g.The yield of xylooligosaccharides prepared by ultrasonic-assisted complex enzyme method is 1.88%,and the content of xylobiose is 17.81 mg/g.The yield of xylooligosaccharides prepared by alkali-enzyme method is 10.07%,and the content of xylobiose is 57.89 mg/g.Xylose is the main hydrolysate of corncob by high-temperature cooking-acid method.The yield of xylooligosaccharides prepared by alkali-ultrasonic-assisted enzyme method is 12.43%,and the content of xylobiose is 73.28 mg/g.The yield of xylooligosaccharides prepared by acid-complex enzyme method is 7.32%,and the content of xylobiose is 71.24 mg/g.
