摘要
以淇澳红树林保护区内对草海桐进行扦插栽培试验。结果表明:基于黄心土的土壤基质下,采用粗枝无处理方式扦插,草海桐成活率最高;基于50%黄心土+50%泥炭土的土壤基质下,采用粗枝浸泡120 mg·L^(-1)生根粉30 min的方式扦插,草海桐成活率最高;基于50%黄心土+50%营养土的土壤基质下,采用顶枝无处理方式扦插,草海桐成活率最高。
Taking Scaevola sericea Vahl in Qi'ao Mangrove Reserve as the research object,the cutting cultivation experiment of Scaevola sericea Vahl is carried out.The results shows that the survival rate of Scaevola sericea Vahl is the highest under the soil matrix based on yellow core soil.Based on the soil matrix of 50%yellow core soil+50%peat soil,cutting by soaking 120 mg•L^(-1) rooting powder in thick branches for 30 min,the survival rate of Scaevola sericea Vahl is the highest.Based on the soil matrix of 50%yellow core soil+50%nutrient soil,the survival rate of Scaevola sericea Vahl is the highest by cutting without top branch treatment.
