摘要
文章阐述了新一轮耕地后备资源调查评价的背景、对象任务、指标体系、流程和数据处理。以福建省为例,对其限制性指标进行分析,并提出耕地后备资源调查评价成果使用的建议。
Taking Fujian Province as an example,this paper elaborates on the background,task object,indicator system,process and data processing of the new round investigation and evaluation of cultivated land reserve.By analyzing the restrictive indicators,puts forward suggestions on how to utilize the results of the investigation and evaluation of cultivated land reserve.
