耕地是农业发展之要、粮食安全之基和农民立命之本。加强耕地质量管理,积极实施高标准农田建设项目、化肥减量增效、耕地质量提升、水肥一体化推广和有机肥替代等重点工作,提升朔州市耕地质量水平,保护现有耕地。

Cultivated land is the key to agricultural development,the foundation of food security and the foundation of farmers'life.Strengthen the management of cultivated land quality,actively implement high-standard farmland construction projects,chemical fertilizer reduction and efficiency increase,improve the quality of cultivated land,promote the integration of water and fertilizer,replace organic fertilizer and other key work,improve the quality level of cultivated land in Shuozhou City and protect the existing cultivated land.
