文章从耕地现状分析入手,提出耕地目前存在的问题,进而探索新形势下耕地保育的措施,以达到耕地数量的不减少、质量有提升,进而实现耕地的可持续利用。

starting with the analysis of the current situation of cultivated land,this paper puts forward the existing problems of cultivated land,and then explores the measures of cultivated land conservation under the new situation,so as to achieve the non reduction of the quantity and improvement of the quality of cultivated land,and then realize the sustainable utilization of cultivated land.
