联合收割机是常用的农业生产设备之一,对农业机械化和现代化发展具有重要意义,联合收割机科学保养和维修有利于延长使用时间。文章结合工作实践,从联合收割机的清洁、部件调整、制动系统查验、易损零件更换、溶剂添加等方面,介绍了联合收割机的保养管理,从电气故障修复、链条故障修复、轴颈磨损修复、中央搅龙堵塞修复和脱粒滚筒修复后的平衡校正等方面对联合收割机的维修管理技术进行了总结,以期增加联合收割机的使用寿命,降低农业生产支出成本。

Combine harvester is one of the commonly used equipment in agricultural production,which is of great significance to the development of agricultural mechanization and modernization.The scientific maintenance and repair of combine harvester is beneficial to extend the use time.Based on work experience,the author first introduces the maintenance and management of the combine harvester from the cleaning and cleaning of the combine harvester,component fastening and adjustment,inspection of the brake system,replacement of vulnerable parts,and addition of solvents such as diesel oil.Repair of chain failure,repair of axle neck wear,repair of central auger blockage,and balance correction after repair of threshing drum summarize the maintenance management technology of the combine harvester,in order to increase the service life of the combine harvester and reduce the cost of agricultural production expenditure.
