槐杞黄颗粒对气阴两虚证支原体肺炎患儿血清炎症因子和免疫功能的影响

Effect of Huaiqihuang granule on serum inflammatory factors and immune function of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的探讨槐杞黄颗粒对气阴两虚证支原体肺炎患儿血清炎症因子及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月枣庄市峄城区中医院和枣庄市立医院儿科收治的100例气阴两虚证支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用槐杞黄颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、中医证候积分及临床症状持续时间。结果治疗后,两组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)低于治疗前,且实验组外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组发热、肺部啰音、咳嗽等临床症状持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且实验组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论槐杞黄颗粒治疗气阴两虚证支原体肺炎效果显著,可改善患儿的免疫功能,抑制炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huaiqihuang granule on serum inflammatory factors and and immune function of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Methods 100 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and deficiency of Qi and Yin who were admitted to the department of pediatrics of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yicheng District Zaozhuang city and Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were given azithromycin sequential treat-ment,and the experimental group were treated with Huaiqihuang granules on the basis of the control group,the serum inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin 6[IL-6],interleukin 8[IL-8])levels,T lymphocyte subgroup(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),TCM syn-drome score before and after treatment,and the symptom duration were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in peripheral blood of the two groups were higher than before treatment,while CD8^(+)was lower than before treatment,and CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in peripheral blood of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,while CD8^(+)was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of clinical symptoms such as fever,pulmonary rales and cough in the experimental group was shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huaiqihuang granules has significant effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia with deficiency of Qi and Yin,and can improve the immune function of children,and inhibit the inflam-matory response.
