头皮针法联合言语康复治疗脑卒中后运动性失语患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with motor aphasia after stroke

目的探究头皮针法联合言语康复治疗脑卒中后运动性失语患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年2月于本院神经内科诊治的104例脑卒中后运动性失语患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组52例。对照组给予常规言语康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予头皮针法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查量表(CRRCAE)评分、日常生活交流能力量表(CADL)评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的80.77%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRRCAE、CADL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头皮针法联合言语康复治疗脑卒中后运动性失语患者的临床疗效显著,有助于促进患者语言功能恢复,改善患者的语言交流能力,促进神经功能修复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with motor aphasia after stroke.Methods A total of 104 patients with motor aphasia after stroke treated in the Department of Neurology in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional speech rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center standard aphasia examination(CRRCAE)score,daily life communication ability scale(CADL)score and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the two group were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than80.77%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRRCAE and CADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of motor aphasia patients after stroke,it helps to promote the recovery of patients’language function,improve patient’s language communication ability and promote the repair of their neurological function,and which is worthy of clinical application.
