虚拟现实技术视觉训练联合家庭训练治疗大龄弱视儿童的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨虚拟现实技术(VR)视觉训练联合家庭训练对大龄儿童弱视的治疗效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年7月首次就诊于本院眼视光中心的50例(78眼)弱视患儿作为研究对象,矫正屈光不正后随机分为实验组[n=26(39眼)]和对照组[n=24(39眼)]。实验组采用集中VR视觉训练联合家庭弱视训练,对照组采用家庭弱视训练,比较两组临床疗效和训练后视觉方向、视觉轮廓及视觉精细治愈率。结果实验组弱视治疗总有效率(97.44%)高于对照组(79.49%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练6个月后,实验组视觉方向、视觉精细和视觉轮廓治疗率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用VR视觉训练联合家庭训练治疗大龄弱视儿童效果显著,能快速提升视力,改善视功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of virtual reality(VR)visual training combined with family training on amblyopia in older children.Methods A total of 50 children amblyopia(78 eyes)who first visited the optometry center of our hospital from June 2019 to January2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=26[39 eyes])and the control group(n=24[39 eyes])after corrected ametropia.The experimental group was given centralized VR visual training combined with family amblyopia training,and the control group was given family amblyopia training,the clinical efficacy,visual direction,visual contour and visual refinement cure rate were compared between the two groups after training.Results The total effective rate of amblyopia treatment in the experimental group(97.44%)was higher than that in the control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of training,the treatment rates of visual direction,visual finesse and visual contour in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VR visual training combined with family training in the treatment of older children with amblyopia has a significant effect,which can improve vision acuity and visual function more quickly,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
