自体脂肪填充治疗面部容量缺失性老化女性患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of autologous fat filling in treating of aging female patients with facial volume loss

目的探究自体脂肪实施填充治疗面部容量缺失性老化女性患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年9月至2018年9月于本院实施面部容量缺失性老化治疗的100例女性患者作为研究对象,依据随机抽签法分为常规组和实验组,每组50例。常规组给予透明质酸钠填充治疗,实验组给予自体脂肪填充治疗,比较两组临床疗效及满意度。结果实验组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于常规组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总满意度为90.00%,高于常规组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪填充治疗面部容量缺失性老化女性患者疗效显著,能改善面部轮廓,获得满意的临床疗效,并提高患者治疗满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of autologous fat filling in treating of aging female patients with facial volume loss.Methods 100 female patients who received facial volume depletion aging treatment in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into routine group and experimental group according to random drawing method,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was given sodium hyaluronate filling treatment,and the experimental group was given autologous fat filling treatment,the clinical efficacy and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 92.00%,which was higher than 74.00%in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with treatment in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 70.00%in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous fat filling has a significant effect on the treatment of aging female patients with facial volume loss,which can improve the facial contour,obtain satisfactory treatment results,and improve patients’satisfaction with the treatment.
