摘要
装配线因具有高灵活性和高生产效率,而成为飞机装配的主流模式。在进行装配线设计时,装配成本是需要考虑的重要因素之一。装配线平衡问题具有多个优化目标,其中同时对装配线效率与装配成本进行优化时会产生矛盾。因此,需要建立有效的数学模型将二者联系起来,并使用优化算法求解该模型。本研究以飞机装配线负载均衡和装配成本最小为目标,基于能力因子和约束条件,建立了多目标混合的装配线平衡模型,并提出一种变邻域搜索启发的改进遗传算法。
Assembly line has become the mainstream mode of aircraft assembly because of its high flex⁃ibility and production efficiency.In the design of assembly line,assembly cost is one of the important fac⁃tors to be considered.Assembly line balancing has multiple optimization objectives,in which there will be contradiction when the assembly line efficiency and assembly cost are optimized at the same time.There⁃fore,it is necessary to establish an effective mathematical model to connect the two and use the optimiza⁃tion algorithm to solve the contradiction.Based on the mathematical constraints and multi-objective ge⁃netic algorithm,an improved assembly line search capability model is proposed in this paper.
