机电安装工程电气施工工艺及其控制管理探究

机电安装工程主要应用于商业建筑、科教文卫建筑、住宅建筑、地铁等工程中,通过机电安装来满足这些工程的需要及使用性能。在机电安装众多工程中,电气施工占据了非常重要的地位,它不仅是保证工程施工顺利实施的重要条件,还与施工整体的效果有很大关联。本研究主要是通过电气施工工艺的论述,从防雷接地、管路敷设、桥架安装、配电箱(柜)安装、电缆敷设、调试、验收等方面详细描述施工过程中的重点把控对象,从安装到调试再到验收等工序的论述,解决施工过程中普遍存在的问题,让施工中存在的问题得到有效解决,从而提高施工质量,进一步控制施工管理。

Mechanical and electrical installation engineering mainly involves commercial buildings,sci⁃ence,education,culture and health buildings,residential buildings,subway and other projects.It is through mechanical and electrical installation to meet the needs and performance of these projects.Among many mechanical and electrical installation projects,electrical construction occupies a very im⁃portant part.It is not only an important condition to ensure the smooth implementation of engineering construction,but also closely related to the overall effect of construction.The research mainly discusses the electrical construction technology from lightning protection grounding,pipe laying,bridge installa⁃tion,distribution box(cabinet)installation,cable laying,commissioning acceptance and other aspects de⁃scribe in detail the key control objects in the construction process,from installation to commissioning and then to acceptance,so as to solve the common problems existing in the construction process and get effective solutions to the problems existing in the construction,so as to improve the construction quality and further control the construction management.
