生产线缓冲包装机构设计

Design of Cushioning Packing Mechanism for Production Line

摘要 随着工业制造自动化水平的提高,全自动生产线的应用也日渐成熟,产品的全自动包装和缓冲运输成为新的研究方向,越来越多的人投身于自动化生产线的设计与研究中。针对全自动包装和缓冲运输,笔者设计了一种成本较低、适用范围较广的全自动包装运输线,多种机构的组合在实现自动化的同时,也降低了产品成本。同时,笔者还设计了一种新型的缓冲纸箱,可以有效减少自动化装箱时带来的碰撞及运输时造成的损耗。纸箱还可用于电商物流行业的包装,实用性较强。 With the improvement of the level of automation in industrial manufacturing, the application of automatic production line is becoming increasingly mature, automatic packaging and cushioning transportation of products become a new research direction, more and more people are engaged in the design and research of automatic production line. In view of the topic of automatic packaging and cushioning transportation, this paper designed a low cost, a wide range of automatic packaging transportation line, a combination of a variety of institutions, in the realization of automation at the same time also reduce the product cost. The author also designed a new type of buffer carton can effectively reduce the impact of automatic packing and transport caused by the loss. Cartons can also be used for packaging in the ecommerce logistics industry, which is highly practical.
