摘要
汉语言文学专业“三元两点一中心”人才培养模式以“一核两辅融一体”为框架,以“一立一树求真知”为辅助,通过“双核心、六模块、多线程”核心架构层建设、“本科生成长导师制”和“互联网学习环境”等环境资源层建设、“三个‘五位一体’实践教育教学”创新应用层建设,营造培养“有灵魂,有素养,能自主学习的教育人才”的育人环境。在人才培养过程中,注重立志规划、日清日新的养成教育和树思自省、博学笃行的终身学习观教育。
Chinese language and literature major“Three-dimensional Two Points One Center”talent cultivation mode to“one core two auxiliary integration”as the framework,“strengthen the process man⁃agement”as assistance,through“double core,six modules,multi-thread”core structure layer con⁃struction,“undergraduate growth tutor”and“Internet learning environment”and other environmental resources layer construction,three“Five in-one practice education teaching”innovation application layer construction,create“having a deep soul,strong cultural literacy,the ability to study indepen⁃dently”education environment.In the process of talent cultivation,we should pay attention to plan⁃ning,new cultivation education and lifelong introspection,erudite and earnest learning education.
