“苗绣”“贵银”非遗产业工匠培养模式的创新与实践——以黔东南民族职业技术学院为例

Innovation and Practice of“Industrial Craftsman”in Cultivating Intangible Cultural Heritage Artisans of“Miao Embroidery&Guizhou Silver”Industry:A Case Study of Qiandongnan National Polytechnic

党的十八大以来,随着国家相应保护支持措施的出台,民族民间手工艺等特色文化产业的经济优势逐渐凸显,非遗手工艺产业作为助力脱贫攻坚和实现乡村振兴的关键特色产业成为一种趋势。黔东南民族职业技术学院围绕民族地区非物质文化遗产资源,推行现代学徒制,开展非遗产业人才培养工作卓有成效,特别是在“苗绣”“贵银”非遗产业工匠培养工作中,积极探索学校融入区域发展、专业融入产业发展的有效路径,总结出“554433”人才培养的“贵州模式”,起着示范引领的作用。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),with the intro⁃duction of relevant protection and support measures,the economic advantages of ethnic and folk handi⁃crafts and other characteristic cultural industries have gradually become prominent.It has become a trend to regard intangible cultural heritage handicrafts industry as a key characteristic industry to help fight poverty and realize rural revitalization.Focusing on the intangible cultural heritage resources in ethnic areas,Qiandongnan National Polytechnic has made great achievements in promoting modern ap⁃prenticeship system and training talents in the intangible cultural heritage industry.In particular,in the training of artisans in the intangible cultural heritage industry of“Miao Embroidery·Guizhou Sil⁃ver”,Qiandongnan National Polytechnic has actively explored the effective of integrating school into regional development and specialty into industrial development.It summarizes the“554433”talent training“Guizhou model”,and plays a leading role in the field.
