摘要
基于氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)污染地下水内在生态恢复机制,利用生态安全型天然矿物材料火山渣负载地下水中土著氮细菌进行NH_(4)^(+)-N污染地下水净化特性研究.结果表明:火山渣负载土著氮细菌生物量约为2.12×10^(7)个/g;负载材料在去除地下水中NH_(4)^(+)-N时,可有效去除水化学因子,NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率为83.39%~98.84%,水化学因子去除能力从大到小依次为Fe^(2+),HCO_(3)^(-),Ca^(2+),Mn^(2+),CO_(3)^(2-),SO_(4)^(2-),S^(2-),Mg^(2+),其中Fe^(2+),Mn^(2+),S^(2-),SO_(4)^(2-)一定程度上促进NH_(4)^(+)-N净化;CO_(3)^(2-),HCO_(3)^(-),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)抑制NH_(4)^(+)-N净化;负载材料的微观结构在净化后表面变平滑,细小突起被覆盖.研究结果为氮污染地下水内在生态调控修复技术研发提供了实验依据.
Based on the internal ecological restoration mechanism of ammonia nitrogen polluted groundwater,we studied the purification characteristics of ammonia nitrogen polluted groundwater by using indigenous nitrogen bacteria in groundwater loaded by scoria,an ecologically safe natural mineral material.The results show that the biomass of indigenous nitrogen bacteria loaded by scoria is about 2.12×10^(7)per gram.The loading material can effectively remove hydrochemical factors while removing ammonia nitrogen from groundwater.The ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 83.39%~98.84%.The removal capacity of hydrochemical factors from large to small is Fe^(2+),HCO_(3)^(-),Ca^(2+),Mn^(2+),CO_(3)^(2-),SO_(4)^(2-),S^(2-),Mg^(2+),in which Fe^(2+),Mn^(2+),S^(2-),SO_(4)^(2-)promote ammonia nitrogen purification to a certain extent,and CO_(3)^(2-),HCO_(3)^(-),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)inhibit ammonia nitrogen purification.The microstructure of the loading material becomes smooth after purification,and the small protrusions are covered.The research results provide an experimental basis for the research and development of internal ecological regulation and restoration technology of nitrogen polluted underground.
