摘要
[目的]探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者照顾者的健康素养、照顾能力与患者肺功能康复状况的关系.[方法]采用填写COPD患者照顾者一般资料调查表、COPD健康素养量表(COPD-Q)、中文版家属照顾能力量表(FCTI)、COPD评估测试(CAT)、BODE指数的方式对2020年2月—2020年10月间吉林省内3所三级甲等综合性医院呼吸内科符合纳入标准的238名COPD患者照顾者进行问卷调查,分析COPD患者照顾者健康素养、照顾能力与患者肺功能康复的关系.[结果]COPD患者肺功能康复状况:CAT评分平均为19.06±7.008,BODE指数评分平均为4.83±1.954.多元回归分析结果显示,照顾者健康素养、照顾能力是COPD患者肺功能康复状况的影响因素(P<0.001).[结论]COPD患者肺功能康复状况总体水平中等偏低,可通过提高照顾者的健康素养水平及照顾能力改善患者的肺功能康复状况.
OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between health literacy and caring ability of the caregivers and pulmonary rehabilitation status of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among 238 caregivers of patients with COPD who met the inclusion criteria in the department of respiratory medicine of three tertiary class A general hospitals in Jilin province from February 2020 to October 2020 by filling in the general information questionnaire,COPD Health Literacy Scale(COPD-Q),Chinese Family Care Ability Scale(FCTI),COPD Assessment Test(CAT)and BODE Index.The correlation between health literacy and caring ability of the caregivers and pulmonary rehabilitation status of the patients with COPD was analyzed.RESULTS Pulmonary rehabilitation status of COPD patients showed that the mean CAT score was 19.06±7.008,and the mean BODE index score was 4.83±1.954.Multiple regression analysis showed that caregivers’health literacy and caring ability were the influencing factors of patients’pulmonary rehabilitation status(P<0.001).CONCLUSION The overall level of pulmonary rehabilitation in COPD patients is at a medium and low level,which can be improved by enhancing the health literacy level and caring ability of caregivers.
