摘要
[目的]探讨乳腺癌磁共振动态增强扫描影像学表现及表观扩散系数(ADC)值与预后因子表达的相关性.[方法]收集自2018年9月至2019年10月间收治的35例乳腺癌患者的核磁共振形态学、血流动力学参数、ADC等资料,并分析其与乳腺癌预后因子雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人表皮生长因子受体(Her-2)、核增殖标志物Ki-67的相关性.[结果]本组MRI形态学特征中肿瘤直径与乳腺癌预后因子无明显相关性(P>0.05),肿瘤分叶情况和内部结构与乳腺癌预后因子ER、PR有相关性(P<0.05),血流动力学参数中早期强化率SER与乳腺癌预后因子Her-2有相关性(P<0.05),达峰时间与乳腺癌预后因子Ki-67、Her-2有相关性(P<0.05),ADC与乳腺癌预后因子Ki-67有相关关系(P<0.05).[结论]乳腺癌部分磁共振形态学、血流动力学表现及ADC值与乳腺癌预后因子有一定的相关性.
OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between the imaging features of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)and the expression of prognostic factors of breast cancer.METHODS Data of MRI morphology,hemodynamic parameters and ADC were collected from 35 breast cancer patients admitted from September 2018 to October 2019,and the correlation between them and the prognostic factors of breast cancer,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor(Her-2)and nuclear proliferation marker Ki-67 was analyzed.RESULTS There was no significant correlation between tumor diameter and breast cancer prognostic factors in MRI morphological features in this group(P>0.05),and the lobulation and internal structure of tumor were correlated with the prognostic factors ER and PR of breast cancer(P<0.05).Early enhancement rate(SER)of hemodynamic parameters was correlated with breast cancer prognostic factor Her-2(P<0.05).Peak time was correlated with breast cancer prognostic factors Ki-67 and Her-2(P<0.05).ADC was associated with the breast cancer prognostic factor Ki-67(P<0.05).CONCLUSION There was a certain correlation between some MRI morphology,hemodynamic features and ADC values and prognostic factors of breast cancer.
