锥形束CT三维成像在33例口腔种植术中的临床应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨口腔颌面锥形束CT(CBCT)三维成像在口腔种植术中的临床应用效果.[方法]选择自2018年5月至2020年5月间行口腔种植术修复治疗的66例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例.对照组行常规CT扫描,观察组行口腔颌面CBCT三维成像检查,比较两组手术情况、手术成功率、并发症情况及手术满意度.[结果]本组66例患者均未见发生严重并发症.与对照组相比较,观察组手术时间明显缩短(t=10.043,P<0.05),术中出血量明显减少(t=29.248,P<0.05);观察组手术成功率(96.97%)明显高于对照组(72.73%,χ^(2)=5.775,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(3.03%)明显低于对照组(24.24%,χ^(2)=4.631,P<0.05);观察组手术总满意率(93.94%)明显高于对照组(69.70%,χ^(2)=4.990,P<0.05).[结论]口腔颌面CBCT三维成像技术对口腔种植术起到辅助性作用,可有效提高手术成功率,减少患者术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率. OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical application effect of three-dimensional imaging of oral and maxillofacial cone beam CT(CBCT)in oral implantation.METHODS A total of 66 patients who underwent oral implant repair from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 patients in each group.The control group received routine CT scanning,and the observation group received oral and maxillofacial CBCT three-dimensional imaging.The operation situation,operation success rate,complications and operation satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS There were no serious complications in 66 patients.Compared with the control group,the operation time was significantly shortened in the observation group(t=10.043,P<0.05),and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was significantly decreased(t=29.248,P<0.05).The operation success rate of the observation group(96.97%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73%,χ^(2)=5.775,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(3.03%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(24.24%,χ^(2)=4.631,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of operation in the observation group(93.94%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(69.70%,χ^(2)=4.990,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Oral and maxillofacial CBCT three-dimensional imaging technology plays an auxiliary role in oral implantation,which can effectively improve the success rate of surgery,reduce postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
