复方α酮酸在改善维持性血液透析相关营养不良状态中的作用

摘要 在我国,约有12.49%的成年人患有慢性肾脏病(CKD)[1],CKD患者的肾功能不断下降,最终将发展为终末期肾病(ESRD).维持性血液透析(MHD)是治疗ESRD的主要方法之一,但它不能完全替代肾脏功能,长期应用可导致患者内分泌失衡、酸碱代谢紊乱、毒素蓄积,严重影响预后[2].MHD患者几乎都存在不同程度的营养不良,亦称为蛋白质能量消耗[3].研究[4]结果显示,MHD患者的营养状况与住院和死亡风险密切相关.COHEN等[4]发现.
