胰腺癌恶性程度非常高,发病率逐年上升,其好发于胰头。胰十二指肠切除术是目前唯一可能治愈该病的方式。本文结合近年来国内外的相关文献对胰十二指肠切除术在胰腺癌中的应用现状和最新进展作深入阐述。

The malignancy degree of pancreatic cancer is very high,and the incidence is increasing year by year.Pancreatic cancer usually occurs at the head of the pancreas.Pancreaticoduodenectomy is the only approach of possibly curing this disease.Combined with the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years,this article reviews the application status and recent progress of pancreaticoduodenectomy in pancreatic cancer.
