西咪替丁联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻的疗效

Efficacy of Cimetidine Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in Treatment of Infantile Rotavirus Diarrhea

目的:分析西咪替丁与蒙脱石散联合治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1-12月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的75例轮状病毒腹泻婴幼儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组40例和观察组35例,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组加用西咪替丁与蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组临床症状缓解时间、免疫功能及临床疗效。结果:观察组退热时间、大便性状恢复时间、粪便轮状病毒转阴时间、排便次数恢复时间与对照组比较均明显较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后两组免疫功能均改善,且观察组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻治疗过程中,将西咪替丁与蒙脱石散联合应用,能够有效缩短患儿症状缓解时间和粪便轮状病毒转阴时间,对患儿免疫功能改善和临床疗效提升具有显著效果,可推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of cimetidine combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea.Methods:A total of 75 infants with rotavirus diarrhea in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(35 cases).The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with cimetidine and montmorillonite powder.The clinical symptom relief time,immune function and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the antipyretic time,stool character recovery time,stool rotavirus turning negative time and defecation frequency recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function of the two groups were improved,and the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea,the combined application of cimetidine and montmorillonite powder can effectively shorten the symptom relief time and the time of stool rotavirus turning negative,which has significant effect on the improvement of immune function and clinical efficacy,and can be popularized and used.
