改良桡侧前臂游离皮瓣重建即刻修复在口腔颌面部肿瘤根治术后缺损修复中的应用

Application of Immediate Repair of Modified Radial Forearm Free Flap Reconstruction in Defect Repair After Radical Resection of Oral and Maxillofacial Tumors

目的:分析在口腔颌面部肿瘤根治术后缺损修复中采取改良桡侧前臂游离皮瓣(RFFF)重建即刻修复的作用。方法:选取玉溪市人民医院94例口腔颌面部肿瘤根治术后需进行缺损修复患者,采取随机分组法,分为对照组和观察组,各47例,对照组采取股前外侧皮神经与舌神经吻合,观察组采取RFFF重建即刻修复,对比两组在术后缺损修复中的作用。结果:观察组手术指标优于对照组、观察组生活质量高于对照组、观察组临床疗效优于对照组、观察组修复效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RFFF重建即刻修复在口腔颌面部肿瘤根治术后缺损修复中效果明显,应用良好,值得推广。

Objective: To analyze the effect of immediate repair of modified radial forearm free flap (RFFF) reconstruction in defect repair after radical resection of oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods: A total of 94 patients with defect repair after radical resection of oral and maxillofacial tumors in People's Hospital of Yuxi City were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group adopted the anastomosis of anterolateral femoral cutaneous nerve and lingual nerve, and the observation group adopted the immediate repair of modified RFFF reconstruction. The effect of postoperative defect repair was compared in the two groups. Results: The operation index in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the repair effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Immediate repair of RFFF reconstruction is effective in radical defect repair of oral and maxillofacial tumors, with good application and promotion significance.
