托吡酯联合度洛西汀治疗伴焦虑障碍慢性偏头痛的疗效

Efficacy of Topiramate Combined with Duloxetine in Treatment of Chronic Migraine with Anxiety Disorder

目的:分析托吡酯联合度洛西汀治疗伴焦虑障碍慢性偏头痛的临床效果。方法:选取山东第一医科大学附属东阿医院2017年9月﹣2018年10月收治的患有伴焦虑障碍慢性偏头痛的患者73例为对照组,使用进行加巴喷丁联合度洛西汀治理;选取2019年5月﹣2020年9月收治的患有伴焦虑障碍慢性偏头痛患者71例为观察组,使用托吡酯联合度洛西丁进行治疗。观察两组患者头痛情况,通过SAS量表评价患者焦虑情况,并观察患者不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组患者头痛情况优于对照组,观察组患者SAS焦虑评分优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生情况优于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:度洛西丁与托吡酯联合度洛西丁治疗伴焦虑障碍慢性偏头痛临床效果显著,有助于消除焦虑情绪,且并发症少,应在临床中推广使用。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of gabapentin, topiramate and duloxetine in the treatment of chronic migraine with anxiety disorder. Methods: Seventy-three patients with chronic migraine accompanied by anxiety disorder admitted in Dong'e Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from September 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the control group, and they were treated with gabapentin combined with duloxetine;71 patients with chronic migraine accompanied by anxiety disorder admitted from May 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the observation group, and they were treated with topiramate combined with duloxetine. The headache of patients in the two groups was observed;the anxiety of the patients was evaluated by SAS scale;and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the patients was observed. Results: The headache situation of the observation group was better than that of the control group;the SAS anxiety score of the observation group was better than that of the control group;the occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group was better than that in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The duloxetine and topiramate combined with duloxetine in the treatment of chronic migraine with anxiety disorders have significant clinical effect, and are conductive to eliminating anxiety mood with few complications, and should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
