舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉在无痛分娩中的效果

Efficacy of Sufentanil Combined with Ropivacaine for Epidural Anesthesia in Painless Delivery

目的:分析并观察无痛分娩患者接受硬膜外麻醉中舒芬太尼和罗哌卡因配伍用药后的临床效果。方法:选取邳州市中医院2019-2020年住院接诊的82例无痛分娩产妇,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采取硬膜外麻醉,试验组采取舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉,比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组疼痛0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组镇痛起效、完全阻滞及持续时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组患者剖宫产率低于对照组,顺产率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组阴道助产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产妇无痛分娩麻醉中,采用罗哌卡因与舒芬太尼配伍用药后,麻醉效果突出,可改善产妇疼痛感,有助于顺产。

Objective: To analyze and observe the clinical effect of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine in epidural anesthesia for painless delivery. Methods: A total of 82 puerpera undergoing painless delivery during hospitalization in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2019 to 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given epidural anesthesia, and the experimental group was given sufentanil combined with ropivacaine in epidural anesthesia. Clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results: The pain grade 0, grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The onset, complete block and duration of analgesia in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The cesarean section rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the spontaneous delivery rate was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the rate of vaginal midwifery(P>0.05). Conclusion: Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil is effective in painless delivery anesthesia for puerpera, which can improve the pain of puerpera and contribute to natural childbirth.
