二乌酊直流电导入治疗膝痹50例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Erwu Tincture by Iontophoresis Delivery in Treating 50 Cases with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察二乌酊直流电导入治疗膝痹的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年6月荆门市中医医院康复科门诊患者50例作为研究对象。将滤纸浸透二乌酊药液敷于患者膝部疼痛明显处,上盖1 cm厚煮透的棉布垫,棉垫内夹铅板,连接汕头市医用设备厂有限公司生产的DL-ZⅡ直流感应电疗机导线的阳极;阴极对置。电流大小根据部位及患者耐受度来调节,每次治疗20 min,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程。观察临床疗效。结果:临床痊愈30例,显效11例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率92%,治愈率60%。结论:二乌酊直流电导入治疗膝痹患者无痛,治疗方法简便、价廉、疗效好,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of delivering Erwu Tincture by iontophoresis to treat knee osteoarthritis and investigate mechanism of the action. Methods: From June 2018 to June 2020, 50 outpatients were selected from the Rehabilitation Department, Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jingmen City, as the study subjects. Erwu Tincture solution was soaked with the filter paper and pasted on the patient's knee with obvious pain, which was covered with a 1-cm boiled cotton pad (with lead plate in it) and connected to the positive electrode of DL-ZII direct current induction electrotherapy machine produced by Shantou Medical Equipment Factory Co., Ltd;the negative electrode was set accordingly. The electric current was adjusted according to position and tolerance level of the patients. Each treatment lasted for 20 minutes, once per day, for ten days as one course of treatment. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results: Thirty patients achieved clinical recovery, 11 patients achieved remarkable effect, 5 patients achieved effects, and 4 patients had no response. The total effective rate was 92% and the cure rate was 60%. Conclusion: The method of delivering Erwu Tincture by iontophoresis to treat knee osteoarthritis is painless, convenient, inexpensive and effective, which deserves clinical promotion.
