彩色多普勒超声与介入性超声在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound and Interventional Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Breast Tumors

目的:讨论彩色多普勒超声(简称彩超)超与介入性超声在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择100例莘县中心医院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者,均使用彩超检测及介入性超声检测,以手术后病理检查结果为金标准。比较两种检测方法的诊断价值。结果:使用彩超检测中有41例提示为恶性肿瘤,有59例提示为良性肿瘤。在介入性超声检测中,有47例提示为恶性肿瘤,有53例提示为良性肿瘤。彩超检测的灵敏度为61.81%(34/55),特异性为80.00%(36/45),阳性预测值为82.93%(34/41)。介入性超声检测的灵敏度为83.63%(46/55),特异性为97.78%(44/45),阳性预测值为97.87%(46/47)。两种检测方法相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺肿瘤患者中常使用彩超及介入性超声检测,其中介入性检测的敏感性以及特异性较高,检测的准确性较高,具有重要的临床诊断价值。

Objective: To discuss the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and interventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods: A total of patients with breast tumors in Shenxian County Central Hospital were selected, all of them were detected by color Doppler ultrasound and interventional ultrasound. The results of pathological examination after surgery were taken as the gold standard. The diagnostic value of the two detection methods was compared. Results: The color Doppler ultrasound indicated that 41 cases had malignant tumors and 59 cases had benign tumors. The interventional ultrasound indicated that 47 cases had malignant tumors and 53 cases had benign tumors. For color Doppler ultrasound detection, the sensitivity was 61.81% (34/55), the specificity was 80.00% (36/45), and the positive predictive value was 82.93% (34/41). For interventional ultrasound detection, the sensitivity was 83.63% (46/55), the specificity was 97.78% (44/45), and the positive predictive value was 97.87% (46/47). The difference between the two detection methods was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound and interventional ultrasound detection are frequently used in breast tumor patients. Interventional detection has a high sensitivity and specificity, high detection accuracy, and important clinical diagnostic value.
