皮脂腺囊肿感染合并糖尿病患者的伤口护理措施分析

Analysis of Wound Care Measures in Patients with Sebaceous Cyst Infection and Diabetes

目的:分析皮脂腺囊肿感染合并糖尿病患者的伤口护理措施。方法:选取2016年5月-2019年5月在武汉市东西湖区径河街卫生院收治的皮脂腺囊肿感染且合并糖尿病患者83例,按照随机方式分组。对照组43例实施常规护理,观察组40例采用优质护理。比较两组患者伤口愈合、临床指标、并发症情况。结果:护理后,观察组伤口愈合情况、临床指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对皮脂腺囊肿感染合并糖尿病患者采用优质护理其效果更显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To analyze the wound care measures of patients with sebaceous cyst infection and diabetes. Methods: Eighty-three patients with sebaceous cyst infection and diabetes treated in the Jinghe Street Health Center in Dongxihu District of Wuhan from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into groups. The 43 patients in the control group received routine care, and 40 patients in the observation group received high-quality care. The wound healing, clinical indicators, complications of patients in two groups were compared. Results: After nursing, the wound healing and clinical indicators of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with sebaceous cyst infection and diabetes, high-quality nursing has significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
