连续康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响

Effect of Continuous Rehabilitation Nursing on Limb Function of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:探讨在脑卒中合并偏瘫患者的临床护理中实施连续康复护理干预对其肢体功能恢复情况的影响。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年4月广州医科大学附属第三医院收治的脑卒中合并偏瘫患者120例,采用随机数字抽签法分为试验组与对照组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施连续康复护理。观察两组患者护理后效果。结果:试验组护理后Fugl-Meyer、Barthel评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后生理功能、社会功能、情感职能、躯干功能各项生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑卒中偏瘫患者的护理干预中对其实施连续康复护理具有显著效果,值得临床推广。

Objective: To explore the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention in clinical nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia on their recovery of limb function. Methods: A total of 120 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number lot method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received continuous rehabilitation nursing. The effect after nursing of patients in two groups was observed. Results: The Fugl-Meyer and Barthel scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life such as physiological function, social function, emotional function and trunk function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group after nursing, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing intervention of stroke patients with hemiplegia, the implementation of continuous rehabilitation nursing has ideal effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
