模拟“齐鲁模式”在急危重症患者院前长途运转中的效果研究

Effect of Simulating "Qilu Mode" in Pre-Hospital Long-Distance Transfer of Critically Ill Patients

目的:探讨“齐鲁模式”对急危重症患者院前长途运转的急救护理效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年7月咸宁市中心医院收治的90例急危重症患者作为研究对象,将2018年6月-2019年1月收治的45例患者作为对照组,2019年2月-2019年7月收治的45例患者作为试验组。对照组按照常规院前转运方式进行转运,试验组按照“齐鲁模式”转运。对两组患者院前长途运转过程中不良事件发生率进行比较,统计两组院前长途运转过程准备时间、转运时间和等候时间,比较两组安全转运情况。结果:试验组在院前长途运转过程中不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在院前长途运转过程中准备时间、转运时间和等候时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组安全转运率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急危重症患者院前长途运转过程中采用“齐鲁模式”转运,能有效降低长途运转过程中发生不良事件的情况,缩短长途运转过程中准备时间、转运时间、等候时间,对提高转运率和安全率具有积极意义。

Objective:To explore the emergency nursing effect of"Qilu mode"on pre-hospital long-distance transfer of critically ill patients.Methods:Ninety critically ill patients admitted to Xianning Central Hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,45 cases admitted from June 2018 to January 2019 were set as the control group,and 45 cases admitted from February 2019 to July 2019 were set as the experimental group.The control group was given conventional pre hospital transfer mode,while the experimental group was given"Qilu mode"for transfer.The incidence of adverse events in the process of pre-hospital long-distance transfer was compared between the two groups.The preparation time,transfer time and waiting time of the two groups in the process of pre-hospital long-distance transfer were statistically counted.The safe transfer in two groups was compared.Results:In the process of pre-hospital long-distance transfer,the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The preparation time,transport time and waiting time of the experimental group in the process of pre-hospital long-distance transfer were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The safe transfer rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of pre-hospital long-distance transfer of critically ill patients,the application of"Qilu mode"for transfer can effectively reduce the adverse events in the process of long-distance transfer,shorten the preparation time,transfer time and waiting time in the process of long-distance transfer,and has positive significance in improving the transfer rate and safety rate.
