摘要
基于区域高技术产业发展与协同创新现状,利用成渝城市群16个城市2010—2019年时空面板数据,从空间溢出效应视角构建面板空间计量模型,检验高技术产业专业化、多样化、竞争集聚3类集聚形式对协同创新的影响。结果发现:①成都、重庆、德阳、绵阳是成渝高技术产业集聚的核心区域,也是城市群的创新高地;成都、重庆以高技术全产业链多样化集聚模式为主,其他各市以专业化集聚模式为主。②成渝高技术产业专业化集聚、多样化集聚不但有利于本城市创新,而且能够通过正向空间溢出推动城市群协同创新。③高技术产业竞争集聚有利于本城市创新,但会对城市群整体协同创新产生负向抑制的空间溢出效应。
Based on the current situation of regional high-tech industry development and collaborative innovation,this paper used the spa-tial-temporal panel data of 16 cities in Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration(CCUA)from 2010 to 2019.From the perspective of spa-tial spillover effect,this paper constructed a panel spatial econometric model to test the impact of three types of agglomeration forms of high-tech industry specialization,diversification and competitive agglomeration on collaborative innovation.The results showed that:①Chengdu,Chongqing,Deyang and Mianyang were the core regions of high-tech industrial agglomeration,as well as the innovation highland of CCUA.The high-tech industrial agglomeration mode of Chengdu and Chongqing was dominated by full-industry-chain diversification,while the agglom-eration mode of other cities was mainly specialization.②The specialization and diversification of high-tech industrial agglomeration were not only conducive to innovation of the local city,but also could promote collaborative innovation within urban agglomeration through positive spatial spillover.③The competitive agglomeration of high-tech industry was beneficial to local innovation,but had a negative spatial spillover effect on collaborative innovation in urban agglomeration as a whole.
