百起典型洪涝灾害消防救援分析及对策研究

Analysis on the rescue tasks for severe flood disasters and countermeasures

近年来,特别是应急管理部成览后,消防救援队伍积极由单一灾种向全灾种描展,洪涝灾害救援比重和参与程度不断提高。文章主要对典型洪涝灾害消防救援情况进行分析,研究洪涝灾害救援类型、队伍培训、装备配备、相关机制建设情况,归纳总结当前工作中的不足,并提出对策建议。

In recent years especially after the founding of the emergency management department,the fire rescue team was required to tackle with multiple disasters,and participated in more tasks related to flood disasters.In this circumstance,this paper analyzes several typical flood disasters,classifies the flood disaster in details,and introduces some information about training,equipment and other mechanisms,and then summarizes the deficiencies of our work and puts forward countermeasures.
