大型商业综合体地震救援安全管理的难点及对策分析

Analysis on the difficulties of earthquake rescue safety management in large commercial complex and countermeasures

大型商业综合体以其节约用地、功能多样、环境舒适、投资效益良好等特点,深受广大消费者和投资商的喜爱,对城市经济的发展也具有重要的作用。但是在大型商业综合体建设中,大部分建于交通枢纽附近,客流量大、人口密集以及内部结构复杂等原因,存在着较强的安全隐患,发生地震时的救援以及日常安全管理一直都是相关部门工作的重点和难点。在这种情况下,文章通过分析现阶段我国大型商业综合体建筑在发生地震后的救援安全管理工作的现状和存在的问题,提出相关安全管理意见,以期能够为大型商业综合体地震救援安全管理工作提供有价值的参考。

The large-scale commercial complex features concentrated land arrangement,function diversity,comfortable environment and profitable investment,becoming a popular fresh for customers and investors.It also plays an important role in the development of urban economy.Large-scale commercial complex mostly locates near traffic hubs with large passenger flow,which bring along both more customers potential risks meanwhile.With its complex internal pattern,these complexes have been highlighted in the after-earthquake rescue and daily safety management.Considering these matters,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rescue safety management of large-scale commercial complex buildings in China after the earthquake,and puts forward relevant safety management opinions as reference.
