盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:抽取2018年12月-2020年12月湖北省蕲春县管窑镇卫生院儿科的支气管肺炎患儿64例,分为两组。对照组给予溴己新治疗,观察组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,对比两组患儿炎性指标、呼吸功能、治疗时间、临床疗效以及不良反应等。结果:治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素8及胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血氧饱和度高于对照组,呼吸频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肺啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、退热时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对小儿支气管肺炎患儿给予盐酸氨溴索进行治疗,可有效减轻患儿机体炎性反应,改善患儿呼吸功能,并缩短治疗周期,有利于促进患儿快速恢复健康,用药安全。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 64 children with bronchopneumonia in Guanyao Town Hospital in Qichun County of Hubei Province from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with bromhexine and the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride.The inflammation indicators,respiratory function,treatment time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of children in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,C-reactive protein,interleukin-8 and insulin-like growth factor II in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and superoxide dismutase was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood oxygen saturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the respiratory rate was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lung rales,disappearance time of cough,fever clearance time and hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the observation group were less than those of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride treatment in children with bronchopneumonia can effectively reduce the children's body inflammatory reaction,improve their respiratory function,and shorten the treatment cycle,which is beneficial to promote the rapid recovery of children's health and safe medication.
