可见光固化材料对后牙牙体病损修复的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Visible Light Curing Material in Restoration of Posterior Tooth Lesions

目的:分析可见光固化材料对后牙牙体病损修复的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月山东协和学院收治的后牙牙体病损患者280例,随机数字表法分为两组,各140例。对照组采用普通树脂材料进行修复,观察组采用可见光固化材料修复,比较两组患者的修复效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对咀嚼等功能的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙髓炎、充填物脱落、充填物松动的总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在后牙牙体病损患者的治疗中,采用可见光固化材料进行修复,有利于提高患者对咀嚼功能的满意度,治疗后不良反应发生率低,临床疗效好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of visible light curing material in the restoration of posterior tooth lesions.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,280 patients with posterior tooth lesions who were admitted to Shandong Xiehe University were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 140 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with ordinary resin material.The observation group was repaired with visible light curing material.The repair effects of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group with chewing and other functions was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pulpitis,loss of filling and loose filling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with posterior tooth lesions,the use of visible light curing materials for repair is conducive to improving patients'satisfaction with masticatory function,has lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher clinical efficacy.
