折叠人工晶体植入联合超声乳化治疗白内障的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Foldable Intraocular Lens Implantation Combined with Phacoemulsification in Treatment of Cataract

目的:观察折叠人工晶体植入联合超声乳化治疗白内障的临床疗效及并发症情况。方法:选取2019年1-10月郴州爱尔眼科医院接受治疗的82例白内障患者为研究对象,以患者住院号抽样随机分为两组,各41例。对照组施以小切口非超声乳化术治疗,试验组施以超声乳化联合折叠人工晶体植入治疗,对比患者治疗有效率、并发症发生率以及生活质量评分。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组生活质量各评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:折叠人工晶体植入联合超声乳化治疗白内障,手术效果显著,并发症发生率低,能够提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and complications of foldable intraocular lens implantation combined with phacoemulsification in treatment of cataract.Methods:A total of 82 cataract patients treated in Chenzhou Aier Eye Hospital from January to October in 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission number sampling method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification,and the experimental group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation.The treatment effective rate,complication rate and quality of life scores of the patients were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the cataract treatment,foldable intraocular lens implantation combined with phacoemulsification has significant surgical effect,induces lower incidence of complications,and can improve the quality of life.
