高度近视合并白内障术后矫正视力与眼轴长度的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis Between Corrected Visual Acuity and Axial Length After Surgery for High Myopia and Cataract

目的:分析高度近视合并白内障患者实施白内障术后对于视力矫正的效果与眼轴长度的相关性。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年7月甘肃省平凉市康复中心医院收治的30例高度近视合并白内障患者,行白内障手术治疗,术后根据眼轴长度分为试验组(18例)和对照组(12例)。观察两组患者的视力矫正值,分析眼轴长度和视力矫正值之间存在的相关性。结果:术后随访发现,试验组患者平均最佳视力矫正值优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的平均眼轴长度与平均最佳视力矫正值呈负相关,即眼轴越长,矫正情况越差(r=-0.921,P<0.05)。结论:对高度近视合并白内障患者实施白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术有助于促进视力恢复。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between visual acuity correction and axial length in patients with high myopia and cataract after cataract surgery.Methods:Thirty patients with high myopia and cataract admitted to Pingliang Rehabilitation Center Hospital of Gansu Province from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected.After cataract surgery,they were divided into experimental group(18 cases)and control group(12 cases)according to the axial length.The visual acuity correction value of patients in two groups was observed,and the correlation between axial length and visual acuity correction value was analyzed.Results:Postoperative follow-up showed that,the average best visual acuity correction of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average axial length was negatively correlated with the average best visual acuity correction value in the two groups,that is,the longer the axial length,the worse the correction(r=-0.921,P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is helpful to promote the recovery of vision in patients with high myopia and cataract.
