摘要
目的:探讨不同浓度的罗哌卡因对手术患者麻醉及镇痛的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年10月-2020年10月山东省单县海吉亚医院收治的200例手术麻醉患者的临床资料,根据采用的罗哌卡因的不同浓度分为两组。对照组100例,采用0.25%浓度的罗哌卡因;观察组100例,采用0.20%浓度的罗哌卡因。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、治疗满意度,治疗后的自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间及拔管时间的比较。结果:观察组的疼痛程度低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间及拔管时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后的总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术麻醉中应用0.20%罗哌卡因临床效果更佳,降低了其疼痛程度,安全性较高,值得在临床治疗中应用和推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine on anesthesia and analgesia in patients undergoing surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 200 patients with surgical anesthesia admitted to Shanxian Hygeia Hospital in Shandong Province from October 2018 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to the different concentrations of ropivacaine.The control group of 100 cases received 0.25%ropivacaine;the observation group of 100 cases received 0.20%ropivacaine.The degree of pain,treatment satisfaction,recovery time of spontaneous breathing,recovery time and extubation time were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in recovery time of spontaneous breathing,recovery time and extubation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 0.20%ropivacaine in surgical anesthesia has better clinical effect,lowers pain degree and has higher safety,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical treatment.
