清营汤加减治疗糖尿病皮肤斑疹或瘙痒的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis on Modified Qingying Decoction in Treating Diabetic Skin Macule or Pruritus

目的:分析清营汤加减治疗糖尿病皮肤斑疹或瘙痒的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年10月山东省枣庄市台儿庄区中医院内收治的糖尿病皮肤斑疹或瘙痒患者38例为研究对象,随机分为参照组和研究组,每组19例。参照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予清营汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后体征评分及血糖控制效果。结果:参照组患者治疗总有效率、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于研究组,治疗后2周、治疗后3周体征评分高于研究组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清营汤加减治疗糖尿病皮肤斑疹或瘙痒患者,可有效改善患者临床体征,疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of modified Qingying Decoction in the treatment of diabetic skin macule or pruritus.Methods:A total of 38 patients with diabetic skin macule or pruritus admitted to Taierzhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zaozhuang City from July 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,with 19 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional treatment and study group was given modified Qingying Decoction.The total effective rate of treatment,the score of physical signs before and after treatment and the effect of blood glucose control were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the reference group were lower than those in the study group,and the physical sign scores at 2 weeks and 3 weeks after treatment were higher than those in the study group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingying Decoction in the treatment of diabetic skin macule or pruritus can effectively improve the clinical signs of the patients,and the curative effect is significant.
