益气温阳活血利水中药治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Herbs in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Heart Failure

目的:研究益气温阳活血利水中药对冠心病心力衰竭患者治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月济南市莱芜区寨里中心卫生院收治的100例冠心病心力衰竭患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。两组患者均开展常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用益气温阳活血利水中药,比较两组患者治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、二尖瓣血流比值(E/A)、心脏指数(CI)指标,以及临床疗效、再次入院率、病死率、不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者的LVEF、E/A、CI优于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,再次入院率、病死率及不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气温阳活血利水中药在临床上的应用较多,能够有效改善患者症状,避免冠心病心力衰竭对患者生活质量的影响,在Leep刀手术治疗基础上,开展益气温阳活血利水中药,能够进一步降低患者的术后并发症,值得临床关注。

Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui(nourishing qi,warming yang,activating blood,and diuresis)herbs on the therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,100 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to Laiwu District Zaili Central Health Center of Jinan City were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were given routine treatment,while the study group was additionally treated with Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui herbs.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),mitral valve flow ratio(E/A),cardiac index(CI),as well as clinical efficacy,readmission rate,fatality rate,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the LVEF,E/A and CI of the study group were better than those of the control group,the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,and the readmission rate,fatality rate and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui herbs are widely applied in clinical practice,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and avoid the impact of coronary heart disease and heart failure on the quality of life of patients.On the basis of Leep knife surgical treatment,the application of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui herbs can further reduce the postoperative complications of patients,which is worthy of clinical attention.
