快速康复护理对腹腔镜下肝叶切除患者康复效果的影响

Influence of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Rehabilitation Outcome of Laparoscopic Hepatic Lobectomy Patients

目的:探讨腹腔镜下肝叶切除患者围手术期采用快速康复护理的康复效果及术后并发症的发生情况。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年10月黔南州人民医院行腹腔镜肝叶切除的50例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各25例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用快速康复护理,比较两组患者康复疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组下床活动时间、排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后疼痛视觉模拟量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下肝叶切除患者围手术期采用快速康复护理能加快康复进度,减轻疼痛,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation and postoperative complications in patients with laparoscopic hepatic lobectomy.Methods:Fifty patients who underwent laparoscopic hepatic lobectomy in the People's Hospital of QianNan from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group was treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing.The rehabilitation efficacy and complications of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The ambulation time,exhaust time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative pain score of visual analog scale of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients during the perioperative period of laparoscopic hepatic lobectomy can speed up recovery,alleviate pain and reduce complications.
