优质护理在血液净化患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of High-Quality Nursing in Patients Undergoing Blood Purification

目的:分析优质护理在血液净化患者中应用的效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年12月荆州市第三人民医院接诊的血液净化患者82例,随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组血液净化时接受常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上配合优质护理。比较两组患者干预后β2微球蛋白、C反应蛋白与血尿素氮水平,并发症发生率,干预前后负性情绪分析,临床不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,研究组β2微球蛋白、C反应蛋白与血尿素氮水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后,对照组患者临床不良反应发生率高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血液净化中运用优质护理,利于临床指标的改善,负性情绪的缓解,满意度的提升,及并发症的预防。

Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in blood purification patients.Methods:A total of 82 blood purification patients admitted to Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during blood purification,while the study group received high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The levels ofβ2-microglobulin,C-reactive protein and blood urea nitrogen after intervention,the incidence of complications,the analysis of negative emotions before and after the intervention,and the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels ofβ2-microglobulin,C-reactive protein and blood urea nitrogen in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the study group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing intervention,the incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of high-quality nursing in blood purification is conducive to the improvement of clinical indicators,the alleviation of negative emotions,the improvement of satisfaction,and the prevention of complications.
