营养护理在妊娠糖尿病合并铁蛋白缺乏患者中的效果研究

Effect of Nutritional Nursing in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Ferritin Deficiency

目的:研究营养护理对妊娠期糖尿病合并铁蛋白缺乏的临床效果。方法:纳入2018年2月-2020年2月北京市丰台区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的80例妊娠期糖尿病合并铁蛋白缺乏患者,将所有患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组。对照组接受常规指导,研究组在常规指导基础上采用个性化营养指导并建立营养护理档案,对比两组患者的血糖、铁蛋白及体重指标。结果:两组患者孕12周时,血红蛋白、铁蛋白、体重、血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);孕24周、37周后,研究组血红蛋白、铁蛋白高于对照组,体重低于对照组,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对妊娠糖尿病合并铁蛋白缺乏患者建立营养护理档案,给予专业营养护理,能够有效控制患者血糖水平,缓解患者贫血症状。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of nutritional nursing on gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with ferritin deficiency.Methods:Eighty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with ferritin deficiency admitted to Beijing Fengtai District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from February 2018 to February 2020 were included,and all patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method.The control group received routine guidance,while the study group received personalized nutrition guidance on the basis of routine guidance,and nutrition nursing files were established.The blood glucose,ferritin and body weight indexes of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in hemoglobin,ferritin,body weight and blood glucose levels at 12 weeks of gestation(P>0.05).At 24 weeks and 37 weeks of gestation,the ferritin and hemoglobin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the body weight was lower than that in the control group.Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of nutrition nursing files and professional nutrition nursing for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with ferritin deficiency can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients and relieve anemia symptoms of patients.
