社区规范化管理对糖尿病患者提高血糖控制率的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Standardized Community Management on Increasing Blood Glucose Control Rate of Diabetic Patients

目的:分析社区规范化管理对糖尿病患者提高血糖控制率的效果。方法:选取2018年12月-2020年12月孝感市孝南区车站街社区卫生服务中心收治的糖尿病患者124例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组62例。对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者给予社区规范化管理。比较两组患者血糖相关指标、血糖控制率及糖尿病并发症发生率。结果:护理后对照组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及糖尿病并发症发生率高于试验组,血糖控制率低于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区规范化管理在糖尿病患者中的应用效果明显好于常规护理,不仅可以有效改善患者血糖相关指标,对减少并发症也具有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized community management on increasing the blood glucose control rate of diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 124 diabetic patients admitted to Community Health Service Center of Station Street in Xiaonan District of Xiaogan City from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 62 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the experimental group were given standardized community management.The blood glucose related indicators,blood glucose control rate and the incidence of diabetic complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level and the incidence of diabetic complications in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group,and the blood glucose control rate was lower than that in the experimental group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of standardized community management in diabetic patients is significantly better than that of routine nursing,which can not only effectively improve the blood glucose-related indicators of patients,but also has important significance in reducing complications.
