摘要 驻极体材料及驻极技术在制备高效低阻熔喷非织造过滤材料中至关重要,本文系统介绍了现阶段国内外驻极体材料、驻极技术以及驻极机制的研究进展。重点分析了电晕充电驻极、摩擦充电驻极、复合增强驻极的对应驻极体材料及技术应用方案,以及不同驻极技术的性能特点和作用机制,总结了不同驻极方法在过滤材料性能衰减过程中存在的问题,提出了纤网纳微结构调整、聚合物原料改性、新型驻极技术和复合驻极方式是制备高效低阻熔喷非织造驻极过滤材料的主要途径。 Electret materials and electret technology are very important in the preparation of high-efficiency and low-resistance melt-blown nonwoven filter materials.In this paper,the current research progress of electret materials,electret technology and electret mechanism at home and abroad were systematically introduced.The corresponding electret materials and technical application schemes of corona charging electret,Friction charging electret and composite reinforced electret were mainly introduced.The performance characteristics and action mechanism of different electret technologies were analyzed,and the problems of different types of electret methods in the process of filter material performance decay were summarized.It is concluded that the adjustment of nano-microstructure of fiber mesh,modification of polymer raw materials,new electret technology and composite electret method will become the main methods for preparing high-efficiency and low-resistance melt-blown non-woven electret filter materials.
