摘要
海拔梯度是决定生物多样性分布格局的重要因素之一,物种多样性沿海拔梯度上的变化规律一直是生态学研究的热点.以滇东北会泽县大海草山亚高山草甸为研究对象,通过野外样方调查和统计分析,探讨了亚高山草甸的生物多样性沿海拔梯度的变化.结果表明:在3 150~3 950 m五个海拔梯度上,滇东北亚高山草甸植物群落的物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数均表现出随海拔梯度的增加而显著减少的负相关关系(P<0.05),即随着海拔的升高,物种多样性呈显著下降趋势.
Altitude gradient is one of the most important factors that determine the distribution patterns of biodiversity,and the relationship of species diversity and altitude gradient has always been a hot topic in ecological research.In this paper,the subalpine meadow in Dahai Mountain,Huize County,Northeastern Yunnan was taken as the research object,and the distribution patterns of biodiversity along the elevation gradient were discussed through field quadrat investigation and statistical analysis.The results showed that the species richness,Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index of the alpine meadow plant communities in Northeastern Yunnan decreased significantly with the increase of altitude along five altitudes from 3 150 to 3 950 m(P< 0.05),and the species diversity showed a significant downward trend.
