无接触网城轨车辆牵引传动系统健康状态评估 被引量:2

摘要 为了降低无接触网城轨车辆故障维修成本,提高其运行保障能力,提出一种无接触网城轨车辆牵引传动系统健康状态评估方法。通过邻域粗糙集对无接触网城轨车辆牵引传动系统性能指标进行约简,删除冗余指标,获取指标重要度;结合指标重要度确定元件的判断矩阵并改进层次分析法;提出一种混合逻辑结构模型及计算方法,并与传统层次分析法进行对比。试验结果表明:所提方法能更加准确地评估无接触网城轨车辆牵引传动系统的健康状态,实现无接触网城轨车辆智能运维。 In order to reduce the maintenance cost and improve the operation support ability of contactless urban rail vehicles,a health assessment method for traction drive system of contactless urban rail vehicles is proposed.Firstly,the performance index of traction drive system of contactless network urban rail vehicles is reduced by neighborhood rough set,and the redundant index is deleted to obtain the importance of the index.Secondly,the judgment matrix of components is determined by combining the importance of indicators and the analytic hierarchy process is improved.Finally,a hybrid logic structure model and calculation method is proposed and compared with the traditional analytic hierarchy process.Experiments show that the proposed method has the advantage of accuracy evaluating the health status of traction drive system of contactless urban rail vehicles,and has ability to realize the intelligent operation and maintenance of contactless urban rail vehicles.
