磁共振水成像技术在感音神经性耳聋检查中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究磁共振水成像技术(MRH)在感音神经性耳聋(SHL)检查中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年12月320例SHL患者的临床资料,以脑干听觉诱发电位检查为“金标准”,分析CT和MRH检查在SHL中的应用价值。结果共检出194例耳结构异常(60.63%),包括内耳道畸形86例(44.33%),半规管畸形31例(15.98%),耳蜗畸形28例(14.43%)和前庭导水管畸形49例(25.26%)。MRH诊断SHL的准确率高于CT检查(P<0.05),诊断SHL患者内耳道畸形的准确率高于CT检查(P<0.05)。结论MRH在SHL患者诊断中具有较高的诊断价值,对患者内耳道畸形诊断的准确率高于CT,值得进一步推广使用。 Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance hydrography(MRH)in examination of sensorineural hearing loss(SHL).Methods Clinical data of 320 patients with SHL treated in our hospitals between January 2019 and December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Taking brainstem auditory evoked potential examination as the"gold standard",the application value of CT and MRH examination in SHL was analyzed.Results A total of 194 casesofear structural abnormalities(60.63%)were detected,including 86 cases of(44.33%)internal acoustic meatus malformation,31cases of(15.98%)semicircular canal malformation,28cases of(14.43%)cochlear malformation and 49 cases of(25.26%)vestibular aqueduct malformation.The accuracy rate of MRH was higher than that of CT inthe diagnosisof SHL and internal acoustic meatus malformation(P<0.05).Conclusion MRH has higher diagnostic value in the diagnosis of SHL.Its diagnostic accuracy rate is higher than that of CT for internal acoustic meatus malformation.It is worthy of further promotion.
