中药封包热熨疗法治疗对腰椎骨折术后腹胀患者临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine packet hot ironing therapy on abdominal distension after lumbar fracture surgery

目的分析中药封包热熨疗法治疗对腰椎骨折患者术后腹胀的影响。方法2017年9月至2021年9月我院行手术治疗的腰椎骨折术患者125例,根据术后干预方式不同分为对照组59例(术后常规干预)和观察组66例(术后常规干预+中药封包热熨),两组均治疗10 d。比较两组临床疗效、肠胃功能恢复情况、术后腹胀缓解时间、进食量、生活质量及满意率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组;临床症状恢复情况优于对照组;术后腹胀缓解时间缩短且进食量增多,生活质量评分高于对照组;并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于腰椎骨折术后腹胀者在常规干预基础上增加中药封包热熨疗法治疗可改善患者临床症状,降低并发症发生率,具有一定临床使用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine packet hot ironing therapy on abdominal distension after lumbar vertebral fracture surgery.Methods A total of 125 patients with lumbar spine fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2021 were collected.According to different postoperative intervention methods,they were divided into a control group(n=59)and an observation group(n=66).The control group was treated with routine postoperative intervention while the observation group was treated withroutine postoperative intervention+traditional Chinese medicine packet hot ironing therapy.The treatment course was 10 days.After 10 days,the clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery,postoperative abdominal distension relief time,food intake,quality of life and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The recovery of clinical symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Postoperative abdominal distension relief time was shortened,food intake was increased,and the quality of life was significantly improved in bothtwo groups,and the observation group was better than the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with abdominal distension after lumbar fracture surgery,traditional Chinese medicine packet hot ironing therapy on the basis ofregular nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,whichhas a certain clinical value.
